Apartment for rent in Playa San Juan – Tenerife

We are very happy to rent our seafront flat in Playa San Juan – Tenerife.
The flat is located on the seafront avenue, it is set within a quiet residence with max 2 storeys.

Playa San Juan is a very nice small fishing harbour that still retains a lot of local life and has gained a lot of popularity among tourists in the past years. Playa San Juan is 30 minutes from Tenerife South airport, and about 15 minutes from Dzamling Gar.

The flat is conveniently located close to all the restaurants/bars of the seafront and within walking distance of all shops (grocery, bakery, supermarket, local market on wednesdays).
The flat consists of 2 floors:
– ground floor: reception/lounge, kitchen, wc and laundry
– first floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed queen size and the other is a comfortable 140cm sofa bed), a bathroom and a terrace with a view over the patio, swimming pool and the sea.

The flat is fully furnished and is inclusive of all utilities. There is a TV but it is only connected to French Channels, there is no internet in the flat.
You will have access to the swimming pool even though you will have to respect the opening hours.

The flat can host a maximum of 4 people, it is comfortable and quiet, the residence has some tourists but most people are locals living and working in the area.

A car is usually recommended to move around the Island, there are public transports (buses 473, 477 and 494 on titsa.com). Parking is free in most of Playa San Juan.

The flat is available for a minimun of 2 weeks, max 4 persons, no pets.
The price is 250 euros per week and 900 euros for a whole month.
The flat will be available from December 15th, 2023
